Tier-1 CW Laser Source
High wall-plug efficiency fiber laser generator delivering 1080nm wavelength stability, low power consumption, and over 100,000 hours of diode lifespan.
1.5kW to 3kW High-Precision Metal Joining System for Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminum & Brass
The Handheld Fiber Laser Welding Machine manufactured by Marvel Industrial Solution represents a fundamental upgrade over legacy TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding technologies. Engineered specifically for high-efficiency sheet metal fabrication, industrial kitchen equipment, stainless steel enclosures, and structural hardware, our system delivers deep penetration welds with minimal heat input.
Equipped with tier-1 continuous wave (CW) fiber laser sources (1500W - 3000W) and an ergonomic wobble welding head, operators achieve clean, smooth, and pore-free seam welds. Thermal distortion is virtually eliminated, reducing post-weld grinding and polishing costs by up to 80%.

Replacing traditional electric arc welding with high-density fiber laser beam welding provides measurable shop floor cost savings.
Laser welding operates at speeds up to 120 mm/sec, completing jobs 4x to 10x faster than manual TIG welding. Higher throughput maximizes operator output per shift.
The highly focused laser focal spot concentrates energy tightly, resulting in an extremely small Heat Affected Zone (HAZ). Thin metal sheets stay flat without buckling.
Preset digital welding parameter libraries allow entry-level technicians to master seam welding in hours, eliminating reliance on highly scarce certified TIG welders.
Our laser welding systems are deployed globally across demanding metal fabrication sectors requiring aesthetic and structural integrity.

Fiber laser welding operates 4x to 10x faster than traditional TIG (GTAW) welding. Because the laser beam delivers concentrated energy into a narrow spot, thermal input into the base metal is drastically reduced. This eliminates sheet deformation, minimizes heat discoloration, and reduces post-weld grinding and polishing by up to 80%.
For sheet metal up to 4mm (stainless/carbon steel) and 3mm (aluminum), the 1.5kW model is the standard cost-effective choice. The 2.0kW system efficiently handles steel up to 6mm and aluminum up to 4mm. For heavy-duty fabrication requiring steel penetration up to 8mm or high-speed continuous production, we recommend the 3.0kW machine.
Autogenous laser welding (without filler wire) works best for tightly fitted joints with gaps under 0.5mm. When processing laser-cut parts or bent panels with seam gaps between 0.5mm and 2.5mm, using the synchronized automatic wire feeder ensures full joint filling, high tensile strength, and smooth surface topography.
Argon gas (99.99% purity) is recommended for stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium to prevent weld pool oxidation and ensure bright weld beads. Nitrogen gas can also be used for mild steel and stainless steel applications where cost efficiency is prioritized.
