A single table machine provides a massive cutting bed for oversized plates or continuous multi-sheet layout while significantly reducing machine purchase price, floor footprint, and mechanical maintenance. It is ideal for shops cutting large structural parts or job work where pallet exchange speed is secondary to bed size and cost-efficiency.

For plates up to 16 mm mild steel, 3kW-6kW is economical. For heavy industrial plates between 20 mm and 40 mm, high-power sources from 12kW to 30kW are recommended to maintain clean kerfs, eliminate dross, and maximize cutting speeds under continuous operation.

Machines are thoroughly coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped in vacuum-sealed moisture-proof film, secured to heavy steel frames, and packed into sea-worthy wooden cases. All optical and electronic components are cushioned against vibration during transit.
